Offering Prayer Before Its Due Time: Permissible?

Can we offer Salah (`Asr) before Adhan by giving self adhan because my time is not adjustable according to jamat time. Please help me out. Ill very thankful to u brother

Allah says in the Qur'an Chapter:
Indeed the Prayer is a prescribed duty that should be performed by the believers at (their) appointed times. (An-Nisaa' 4: 103)
Respected brother in Islam, the five obligatory prayers of the day are a prescribed duty ordained by Allah Almighty upon the believers; and these prayers must be performed during their appointed times.
A prayer offered before its appointed time is impermissible, invalid and absolutely unacceptable to Allah Almighty.
